Build internal platform features for a food-system incubator, using AI tools fluently while critically evaluating code quality and correctness.
- Build participant, group, mentor, and events features on an existing platform serving incubation programmes.
- Work AI-first with Claude Code and similar tools; read and validate code to catch subtle bugs before shipping.
- Turn vague problems into shipped features through close collaboration with the Head of Systems and iterative feedback.
- Requires demonstrated track record of shipping real projects independently, ideally with AI involvement.
