Software Engineer - (Connect Platform)

• Build and maintain API integrations with OEMs and other energy partners, ensuring reliability, performance, and test coverage.
• Improve the connectivity platform by reducing incidents, enhancing observability, and strengthening API resilience.
• Develop automations and internal tools to streamline integration monitoring, triage, and testing.
• Contribute to defining SLAs, monitoring, and alerting practices that improve reliability and reduce manual work.

This role directly enables the energy transition by building the software infrastructure that connects and orchestrates clean energy devices like EVs, heat pumps, and solar inverters, making the grid more efficient and sustainable.

• Experience writing maintainable, testable backend code, ideally with API or integration work.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and comfortable in a distributed systems environment.
• Systematic in debugging issues and improving tools/processes to prevent recurrence.
• Communicates clearly, collaborates proactively, and contributes positively to team discussions.
