Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead, supervise, and guide agroforestry activities and related projects (improved cookstoves, beekeeping, VSLA, income-generating activities).
  • Ensure quality of project implementation and compliance with contractual commitments; monitor and report KPIs and data.
  • Supervise, train, and manage field teams; organize meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local partners, cooperatives, and authorities; represent PUR at technical events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Masterโ€™s degree or equivalent in agronomy, agriculture, agroforestry, or environmental sciences.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or advisory roles in Uganda and/or international field projects.
  • Experience in coffee value chains, sustainable development, or cooperative management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kobo, SurveyCTO, Drive, and GIS tools; fluent in English; motorcycle driving license required.
