Software Development Specialist IV

• Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools and the data structures which supply them.
• Understand client data needs and work with experts to accomplish them.
• Plan steps, estimate effort, and articulate technical challenges to non-technical decision makers.
• Query databases and use APIs to obtain data; suggest innovative solutions.

This role supports federal, state, and local government clients by transforming data and automating processes, enabling more efficient and effective public services.

• Strong working knowledge of Power Platform (Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Fundamentals of ETL processes, database design, and object-oriented programming.
• Effective communication skills for client-facing workshops.
• US citizenship required.
