What you will drive

- Craft strong opening hooks and apply platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and retention.
- Repurpose and optimize content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with producers and content leads on creative direction for short-form series.

- Hands-on experience with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

- Commitment to social justice and mission-driven work.
Benefits
