Mission
What you will drive
- Manage all professional services opportunities by classifying calls and email inquiries from sales and customers, ensuring real-time updates in internal systems.
- Work with sales representatives to select and position calculated services, describe service outcomes, and inform them of alternative or additional services.
- Document customer requirements and transition high-value service opportunities to the Solution team for further development.
- Build rapport with sales and other groups through friendly communication, collaborate to improve processes, and proactively educate sales on service offerings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in computing or business with a computing-related minor.
- One or more years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing.
- Business proficiency in English and preferably one additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
- Capable of leveraging CRM software and common computer software (PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel).
