Servicenow Developer - 65864

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Discovery
• Develop and maintain robust integrations with external systems using various integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform functionalities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, and best practices
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable
