What you will drive

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of service pre-sales professionals to ensure technically robust and commercially supportable proposals.
  • Act as the main technical contact for service bids, coordinating inputs across engineering, operations, and service units.
  • Own the technical consistency and quality of service proposals, identifying risks and solution options early.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong track record in technical presales, particularly new service business and long-term contract sales.
  • Experience in tendering, creating offers, and providing technical/commercial support to sales, ideally in energy, utilities, transmission, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Proven people management experience with a passion for developing and coaching sales talent.
  • Ability to clearly articulate service value—reliability, performance, lifecycle cost, and risk reduction.
