What you will drive

  • Build and grow a high-performing partner network by identifying and evaluating resellers aligned to business goals.
  • Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging solutions, value propositions, and sales strategies.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive revenue.

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of channel management, partner management, or business development experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
