Mission
What you will drive
- Lead development and execution of high-profile impact litigation and legal strategies to advance shareholder rights, environmental and social justice, and corporate accountability.
- Respond to emerging legal, legislative, and regulatory challenges; write amicus briefs, draft regulatory comment letters and petitions.
- Collaborate with program staff, allies, and outside counsel to advance As You Sow's core program areas and defend shareholder resolutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with willingness to become barred in another jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of post-graduate legal experience with litigation experience.
- Experience in environmental law, corporate and securities law, and/or administrative law; interest in consumer protection, constitutional law, or federal courts issues.
- Excellent research, writing, and public speaking skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Benefits

Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience.
