Senior Project Manager, Events

• Manage a portfolio of 12+ events annually, coordinating complex logistics and stakeholder alignment across concurrent projects.
• Own end-to-end project planning for assigned events, from kickoff through post-event wrap, managing venues, vendors, communications, and budgets.
• Support junior PMs by providing context and guidance to build their autonomy and high-throughput project management practices.
• Coordinate dependencies across functions and events, making real-time decisions on scope, resourcing, and sequencing.
