Senior Project Manager, Energy Efficiency (Remote - Northeast)

• Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Serve as the primary client-facing project contact, managing ongoing relationships with utility, utility program administrator, or public-sector clients.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional program implementation teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

This role drives large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings through market-based programs, directly contributing to climate solutions and environmental sustainability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects within energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a regulated industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including complex data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
• Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.

Salary range: $92,000 - $125,000 (target $92,000 - $106,250). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Generous retirement package.
