What you will drive

  • Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing project contact, managing ongoing relationships with utility, utility program administrator, or public-sector clients.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional program implementation teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects within energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a regulated industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including complex data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
