Senior Program Manager

• Manage program timelines and track deliverables from product definition to launch for autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Identify dependencies, track risks, and manage mitigation plans across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Communicate with development partners and customers to align program plans and escalate issues.

This role directly contributes to deploying autonomous vehicles that reduce congestion, expand access, and foster greener, more livable cities, making transportation safer and more accessible.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Product Development discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management of hardware/software integrated products at an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier or OEM.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• PMP Certification (desirable).
