Senior Product Manager — Energy Utility Platform (m/f/d)

• Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the Energy Utility Platform — energy market access, flexibility marketing, procurement, and the optimization layer connecting devices to markets — with a relentless focus on shipping and measurable outcomes
• Be hands-on in execution: write specs, run discovery sprints, prioritize backlogs, unblock engineering — this is not a strategy-only role
• Shape the energy products of the future: direct marketing, expanded flexibility participation, and new forms of customer market access — while tackling the regulatory and infrastructure challenges that make them possible
• Collaborate closely with Energy Operations (domain experts, regulatory context) and engineering to ensure product decisions are grounded in market reality

You will help build the products that let 100,000+ customers participate in energy markets — flexibility marketing, dynamic procurement, intelligent scheduling — directly shaping whether Heartbeat AI becomes the default energy platform in Europe and accelerating the energy transition.

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly regulated platform/infrastructure products
• Track record of strong product execution — you've shipped complex features end-to-end and driven measurable outcomes
• Solid understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, energy trading, or energy retail operations — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Experience driving platform or product builds in regulated environments — coordinating across engineering teams and navigating regulatory constraints
