Senior Product Designer, Internal Tools

• Design intuitive internal tools that improve workflows across Operations, Deployments, Growth, and other teams.
• Own and evolve the internal design system, creating reusable components and interaction patterns that scale.
• Use AI coding tools to rapidly prototype ideas and contribute production-ready UI.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify opportunities and drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

By designing intuitive internal tools and scalable design systems, you'll enable Base's teams to move faster, make better decisions, and scale the business, ultimately accelerating the deployment of distributed batteries that transform the grid into a resilient and abundant system.

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Experience designing internal tools, operational software, or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong systems thinker who builds reusable patterns and scalable frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to prototype and ship production-ready UI.
