Senior Performance Engineer

• Own end-to-end battery performance for a portfolio of grid-scale BESS customers on the Predictive Battery Analytics Platform.
• Interpret analytics results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Act as the trusted customer-facing technical expert and bridge between US customers and European teams.
• Shape the product roadmap by feeding back field learnings to engineering and analytics teams.

This role directly contributes to making batteries safer, more reliable, and sustainable, accelerating the clean energy transition by optimizing grid storage systems.

• Solid understanding of lithium-ion battery behavior, degradation, and safety in grid storage (BESS) applications.
• Ability to interpret analytics results and translate them into clear business impact for customers.
• 5+ years in energy storage or related technical role; BESS industry experience highly preferred.
• Confident, customer-facing communicator with strong English skills.
