Senior Partnerships Officer - Africa

Build deep partnerships with 5–8 African organizations to unlock growth barriers, connect them to funding and expertise, and drive large-scale social impact.
- Manage partner portfolio: review performance data, assess progress against milestones, and make funding decisions for renewals or scale-ups.
- Support partners to scale by identifying constraints, holding regular strategic meetings, scoping targeted projects, and conducting field visits.
- Maintain ecosystem pulse on government reforms, funder priorities, and policy developments affecting partner organizations' ability to scale.
- Coordinate across Prevail's technical team and external providers to deliver targeted capacity support and solutions.
- Requires 10+ years growing organizations as operator, entrepreneur, or consultant; strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination experience essential.
