Senior Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute marketing activities for B2B conferences and events in the climate/sustainability space
• Drive lead and demand generation, marketing automation, and social media strategy
• Manage digital campaigns including email marketing, copywriting, and content creation
• Produce analytical reports, devise strategy, and support junior marketing team members

By driving engagement and growth for climate-focused events, this role amplifies climate action and sustainability initiatives, contributing to positive environmental change.

• Proven track record in marketing B2B conferences and events
• Experience managing and executing paid campaigns
• Digital marketing specialty with understanding of commercial content marketing
• Highly creative approach to maximize results from small budgets; delivery/outcome focused

• Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience, negotiable)
