Senior Managing Consultant, Fundraising

• Lead client management, from prospect to delivery, including developing complex proposals and statements of work.
• Provide fundraising consulting: develop strategies, write cases for support, and execute fractional consulting tasks like grant writing and prospect development.
• Supervise and mentor senior fundraising staff, manage team capacity, and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.

This role drives positive change by helping small to mid-size organizations build sustainable fundraising strategies, enabling them to focus on their missions and create greater social impact.

• Senior nonprofit leadership experience in fundraising, including individual giving, institutional fundraising, and government grants.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate high-stakes conversations, and develop proposals.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and evaluating team members, and overseeing resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Productive, Slack).
