Finance Associate, UK and US

• Manage day-to-day finance operations for UK and US nonprofit clients, including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
• Process transactions, perform monthly reconciliations in Xero and QuickBooks Online, and manage accounts payable and payroll coordination.
• Prepare financial reports, budget summaries, and support audit preparation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
