Mission
What you will drive
- Provide daily management of the organization with a small staff, ensuring operational continuity and financial oversight.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical partners, clinicians, patients, and peer organizations.
- Prioritize fundraising to grow programming and services for the community.
- Oversee and report on the organizationโs activities for the board of directors, and coordinate annual budget evaluation and development.

What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree preferred with 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
- Proven successful experience in fundraising, budgeting, and organizational management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen and operational management expertise; ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
