Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide daily management of the organization with a small staff, ensuring operational continuity and financial oversight.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical partners, clinicians, patients, and peer organizations.
  • Prioritize fundraising to grow programming and services for the community.
  • Oversee and report on the organizationโ€™s activities for the board of directors, and coordinate annual budget evaluation and development.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred with 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proven successful experience in fundraising, budgeting, and organizational management.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen and operational management expertise; ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Benefits
