Senior Data and Technology Manager

• Administer key systems for the Data and Technology department, including EveryAction, Salesforce, BigQuery, and CARTO.
• Respond to data and tech requests from staff and affiliate network, and train affiliate staff in data architecture for organizing.
• Ensure data integrity and cleanliness in CRM and other tools, and build systems capacity across the network through training materials and sessions.

This role strengthens the data and technology infrastructure of a national network of grassroots organizations, enabling them to more effectively organize, advocate, and win victories for low-wage workers, immigrants, and communities of color.

• Significant experience with EveryAction and/or NGPVAN MyCampaign, with ability to connect program goals to system functionality.
• Experience in data management including wrangling large datasets, data quality control, and cleaning.
• Experience creating and delivering trainings for users, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred; commitment to social, racial, and economic justice.

Full-time, exempt position. Salary not specified. DC-based preferred but remote considered; occasional travel required.
