What you will drive

  • Lead ad server integration and multi-touch attribution to measure digital fundraising performance.
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure including Tableau dashboards and ETL workflows.
  • Analyze cross-channel paid media, email, and web data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal and client teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-6 years experience in digital analytics and paid media measurement.
  • Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards and working with ad server implementation.
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Hevo, FiveTran) and data reconciliation.
