Lead Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end product design for Catalyst Exchange's platform, from concept to implementation.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system and user experience across the platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
• Guide and mentor designers or consultants to ensure quality and consistency.

This role directly enables organizations to build capacity and deepen their impact by designing an intuitive platform that connects them to expertise and resources, ultimately helping communities achieve transformational outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and analytics.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for rapid prototyping and product iteration.

Full-time salaried position with medical and dental insurance, 403(b) with up to 5% match, generous leave policy. Salary range: $120,800-$132,100. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with occasional travel.
