What you will drive
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of training curricula for NAMI's National and State Trainers.
- Create continuing education programs for Program Leaders focusing on skill development.
- Translate NAMI program models and values into engaging, scalable train-the-trainer learning experiences.
- Embed program fidelity, equity, and accessibility into training content.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in education, instructional design, social work, public health, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5โ7 years of experience designing training for adult learners, facilitators, or trainers.
- Demonstrated experience with train-the-trainer models or facilitator preparation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and peer-led education models.
