What you will drive

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of training curricula for NAMI's National and State Trainers.
  • Create continuing education programs for Program Leaders focusing on skill development.
  • Translate NAMI program models and values into engaging, scalable train-the-trainer learning experiences.
  • Embed program fidelity, equity, and accessibility into training content.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in education, instructional design, social work, public health, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience designing training for adult learners, facilitators, or trainers.
  • Demonstrated experience with train-the-trainer models or facilitator preparation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and peer-led education models.
