Senior Manager, Policy & Content

• Lead the Policy & Content vertical, owning strategy, operating model, and roadmap for Lime's city-facing narrative capability.
• Manage a six-person team spanning policy analysis, content development, and design, providing direction and prioritization.
• Build city intelligence and content infrastructure, including tracking regulatory themes and evolving content library systems.
• Own Lime's city-facing narrative, developing geography-specific strategies and supporting priority RFPs and regulatory campaigns.

This role directly contributes to Lime's mission of building a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by shaping the narrative that wins regulatory approvals and expands access to sustainable micromobility options in cities worldwide.

• 8+ years of experience in policy, communications, content strategy, public affairs, or related field.
• Strong people leader with experience leading teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional storyteller and writer with strong editorial judgement.
• Strong analytical instincts and systems thinking with experience building content infrastructure.
