Mission
What you will drive
- Intervene in state regulatory proceedings to provide comments and advocacy pleadings supporting company positions.
- Advocate company positions before staff and stakeholders at state commission meetings, ISO/RTO committee meetings, and FERC.
- Track initiatives in 2-3 wholesale electric markets, participate in stakeholder meetings, and identify supportive positions.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory commissioners, federal agencies, state officials, and trade associations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-5 years experience in energy policy or regulation with successful advocacy outcomes.
- JD or other graduate degree required.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills; ability to draft regulatory filings.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work across disciplines.
