Senior Manager, Field Capacity Building

• Develop and implement strategies, learning experiences, and tools to build capacity of NAMI State Organizations and Affiliates.
• Provide technical assistance and consultations on organizational capacity, strategic planning, leadership development, and volunteer management.
• Track and assess organizational gaps, create resources, and collaborate across teams to support field leaders.

This role strengthens the capacity of NAMI's grassroots network, enabling local organizations to better support individuals and families affected by mental illness, thereby expanding access to mental health resources and advocacy.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations.
• Experience in a federated network highly desired.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year. Remote position with 15-25% travel. NAMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
