Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement strategies, learning experiences, and tools to build capacity of NAMI State Organizations and Affiliates.
- Provide technical assistance and consultations on organizational capacity, strategic planning, leadership development, and volunteer management.
- Track and assess organizational gaps, create resources, and collaborate across teams to support field leaders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations.
- Experience in a federated network highly desired.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
