Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, procurement, construction, and employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including supply, construction, sales, subcontractor, EPC, and O&M contracts.
• Support the business in EPC-related claims and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions, including managing litigation, arbitration, and settlement processes.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, standards, and best practices, and contribute to compliance frameworks and training.

This role directly supports the expansion of utility-scale solar energy across Europe, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Pragmatic and commercially minded legal professional with strong experience in international construction law, particularly solar EPC contracting.
• Fluent in English; German and additional European languages are a plus.
• Hands-on team player with a collaborative mindset and a high level of accountability.
• Passionate about renewable energy, ideally with experience in the solar or wider renewable energy sector.
