Senior Innovation Associate

• Project manage experiments to ensure adherence to planned timelines, develop plans and timelines for novel interactions, and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Program and Data teams to support successful project implementation and evaluate success goals.
• Source creative content, serve as point of contact with external contractors, and contribute to research for persuasion and mobilization programs.
• Draft presentations of experimental learnings and synthesize analysis and insights across teams.

This role directly contributes to stopping fascism and building progressive power by developing innovative persuasion and mobilization programs that net Democratic votes, ultimately helping progressives win elections and shift power for the long term.

• 2-5 years/cycles in project management in electoral politics, progressive organizations, or non-profits.
• Comfortable working with voter data & voter file tools.
• Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and data-driven workflows; experience managing multiple contractors or vendors.

Total compensation package equivalent to $86,875-$96,875 annualized, including base salary of $80,000-$90,000, $5,000 end of cycle bonus, and $1,875 worklife stipend. Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching.
