Mission
What you will drive
- Research and analyze the human rights situation in selected countries, preparing scientific reports and analyses.
- Conceptualize and implement human rights advocacy work, including input for public relations and advocacy communication.
- Ensure integration of key human rights aspects into programmatic project work and embed human rights-based approach across departments.
- Design and conduct trainings for staff and project partners, and develop human rights-related monitoring and reflection mechanisms.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Completed university degree in social sciences and/or law, ideally with specialization in human rights.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in a human rights-related field (desirable).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills; German language skill desirable.
