(Senior) Go/Golang Software Engineer – Energy Management (all genders)

• Own features end-to-end from conception to implementation to deployment and monitoring on IoT devices.
• Review pull requests and collaborate on improving software architecture, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor tech debt and scaling bottlenecks, and raise issues proactively.
• Oversee daily operations and push improvements to internal processes to improve quality of service.

This role directly contributes to digitalizing the energy industry, making renewable energy accessible and affordable, and advancing the energy transition through smart home energy management.

• 4+ years of experience with distributed software systems and web technologies (REST, gRPC) and container technologies like Docker.
• Proficient in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Go, Python, Java; primarily Go).
• Excited about energy systems and building an energy management system for the future.
• Familiar with control and optimization of physical systems (plus in energy or grid management).
