Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the technical architecture and build a new internal design platform for utility-scale solar project design, including UI, file pipeline, and integration layer.
- Design and build desktop or web-based UI for engineers, tools interfacing with AutoCAD, and integrate terrain/topographic data from multiple formats.
- Collaborate with product owner to translate design rules into software logic, implement optimization algorithms, and establish development practices.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact, mentor developers, and assist in strategic decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with a track record of shipping production applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one of C# or C++.
- 3+ years of experience designing and building desktop or web application UIs with a modern framework (React, Qt, Electron, WPF, or similar).
- Advanced understanding of software architecture and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
