Senior Finance Transformation & Systems Consultant

• Lead the functional currency transition for Avaaz UK from USD to EUR, including planning, cutover, and documentation.
• Assess and improve finance operations across payments, cards, expenses, and AP workflows, including vendor selection and implementation of a spend/AP/card platform.
• Prepare for a future ERP transition by defining requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring alignment with multi-entity, multi-currency operating model.
• Manage project coordination, vendor relationships, and documentation across connected transformation workstreams.

This role enables Avaaz to scale its financial operations efficiently, reducing manual work and control risks, thereby freeing resources to focus on global campaigning for social and environmental justice.

• Significant experience in finance transformation, finance systems implementation, or accounting operations.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency finance environments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote, global team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate finance needs into system requirements.
