Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and optimize day-to-day bail posting operations, including reviewing requests, coordinating bail payers, and managing volunteer intake and client outreach teams.
- Manage data collection and reporting on bail outcomes, and identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Strengthen client outreach post-release and expand community awareness of NCBF's services through partnerships and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in direct service, case management, criminal punishment system navigation, community organizing, or nonprofit program management.
- Experience coordinating volunteers and/or community-based programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with compassion and accountability, and proficiency in maintaining a responsive bail program.
- Commitment to racial equity, abolitionist values, and community-centered approaches; fluency in English.
