Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the field technical lead for construction, commissioning, energization, and ongoing operation of EV charging sites across North America.
  • Evaluate field conditions against design intent, resolve discrepancies, and make real-time technical decisions with contractors, utilities, and AHJs.
  • Lead factory acceptance testing, site energization readiness, and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
  • Manage field engineering activity across multiple concurrent sites and report progress to management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of field experience with electrical construction, commissioning, or startup of medium- and low-voltage systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least two of: DC fast EV charging, power electronics, clean energy electrification, substations/microgrids, protective relaying, or facility electrical maintenance.
  • Comfortable reading SLDs and Three-Line Diagrams; familiarity with NEC, UL, IEEE, and local codes; willingness to travel 60%+.
