Senior Energy Storage Project Manager - Preconstruction

• Lead the Energy Storage Preconstruction Group's efforts in managing project scope, budget, and schedule from notice of award to project mobilization.
• Maintain cost control ledger, prepare billings, and expedite payments; set up and maintain CMiC system.
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, accounting, construction, and legal departments to create contract scopes of work.
• Manage project risk, evaluate probability and severity of risk events, and prepare mitigation plans.

This role directly contributes to the expansion of utility-scale solar and battery storage infrastructure, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction experience and 2+ years scheduling and estimating experience.
• Leadership ability to organize diverse team members in a remote environment; strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Range: $141,590 - $176,987 (Salary)
