What you will drive
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and BIM Execution Plans aligned to client requirements.
- Lead BIM kickoff meetings and coordinate BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.
- Establish and maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, digital workflows, and governance frameworks.
- Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and issue tracking.

- Strong mentorship and team coordination skills.
