Senior Development Manager, California Chapter

• Lead fundraising and recruitment efforts to achieve revenue goals for community and donor-based events.
• Plan and execute peer-to-peer fundraising events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Build and grow the Chapter Advisory Board, identify and steward donors, and secure sponsorships.
• Engage volunteers and community partners to expand the Foundation's reach and impact.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson's disease by funding research and care programs through successful fundraising and community engagement in California and Hawaii.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of fundraising or event experience, preferably in a nonprofit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Competitive salary range $70,000-$75,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package. Remote position with 20% travel within the region.
