What you will drive
- Lead the Tennessee and Kentucky Chapter to achieve revenue development and mission delivery goals, including fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and board development.
- Develop and manage the chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth.
- Cultivate community partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of fundraising experience, preferably in healthcare nonprofit.
- Proven track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
