Advancement Director, Tennessee and Kentucky Chapter

• Lead the Tennessee and Kentucky Chapter to achieve revenue development and mission delivery goals, including fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and board development.
• Develop and manage the chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth.
• Cultivate community partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson's disease by funding research and providing community support, making a tangible difference in the Tennessee and Kentucky region.

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of fundraising experience, preferably in healthcare nonprofit.
• Proven track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Competitive salary ($70,000-$80,000) with comprehensive benefits package. Remote work within Tennessee, with preference for Nashville or Knoxville.
