Senior Data Analyst

• Analyse structured data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive measurable business value.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data stories that meet analytics and visualisation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and guide data analysts, contributing to improved analytics ways of working.

• Proven experience working in a data team with advanced SQL and data modelling skills.
• Strong Power BI experience including semantic/data modelling, DAX measures, and performance-aware report design.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Redshift) and understanding of ELT/ETL processes.
• Strong data storytelling ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
