Senior Commercial Counsel

• Build the legal portion of the Commercial (Projects & Supply Chain) side of the business, developing preferred structures, strategies, and form agreements.
• Own the structuring, financing, and delivery of commercial projects, including SPV documents, loan agreements, security packages, IP licensing agreements, and EPC agreements.
• Own the legal portion of global procurement, including master services agreements, POs, and warehousing agreements.
• Partner with sales and regulatory teams to win new projects and ensure compliance.

This role enables Glydways to scale its innovative, sustainable transit system, expanding access to mobility and opportunity for communities while reducing environmental impact.

• 6+ years of Biglaw and/or in-house legal experience.
• Deep expertise in project financing and implementation of complex infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with commercial procurement for complex infrastructure projects.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the United States.
