Senior Client Success Manager: Energy Projects (Remote, North America)

• Serving as the lead customer-facing representative for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, developing and influencing the structure of decarbonization programs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Directing the deployment of tens-to-hundreds of MWs of projects per year.
• Expanding and deepening relationships with clients by identifying additional opportunities for onsite energy deployment and providing strategic guidance.
• Owning and leading execution of key client tasks, including portfolio evaluation, site optimization, and oversight of client RFPs in the VECKTA Marketplace.

This role accelerates the transition to clean, reliable, affordable energy by enabling large energy users to deploy distributed energy and microgrid systems at scale, helping them take control of their energy future and build a lasting legacy.

• Degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably for large clients with complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Experience deploying renewable energy technologies and projects, with an emphasis on behind the meter systems.
