Senior Associate, Databases & IT

• Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM, including data integrity, user support, training, and customizations.
• Support IT coordination, process improvement, and vendor management for technology projects.
• Maintain other databases like ClickUp and Google Workspace, and assist with technical documentation and policy creation.

This role directly supports Active Minds' mission to transform mental health norms by ensuring efficient technology systems that empower staff to focus on youth mental health advocacy and programs.

• 2-3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred).
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Boolean logic, data manipulation).
• Proven technical writing skills for user guides and documentation.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, or Jira) preferred; basic SQL/SOQL knowledge a plus.

Salary range: $58,800–$64,400 annually (USD), with potential growth to $75,600.
