Senior Analyst

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business and Compliance Analysts, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting, analyze costs and performance data, and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Produce high-quality executive reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.

This role supports the transition to net zero by enabling efficient and compliant operation of the electricity transmission network, directly contributing to Scotland's 2044 net zero target and the rapid growth of renewable energy.

• Proven experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar analytical role within a regulated or complex business environment.
• Demonstrable experience leading, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounts, and accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and Power BI experience desirable.

Salary from £55,000 plus excellent benefits including 36 days annual leave, pension with up to 10% company contribution, share schemes, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work, and various discounts.
