What you will drive
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business and Compliance Analysts, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting, analyze costs and performance data, and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Produce high-quality executive reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support regulatory reporting obligations and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar analytical role within a regulated or complex business environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading, developing, and motivating a team.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounts, and accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and Power BI experience desirable.
