What you will drive

  • Lead digital advertising strategy and execution for a portfolio of social impact clients, managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop long-term advertising strategies, conduct audience research, and allocate media budgets to maximize impact for nonprofit clients.
  • Oversee Google Ad Grant accounts, set best practices, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Lead the team's adoption of AI-powered campaign types and continuously improve advertising processes and tools.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years of professional experience in digital advertising or digital marketing roles with a high bar for rigor, quality, and integrity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising strategy and tactics, including lead generation, fundraising, traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives that connect campaign metrics to strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills, with direct experience managing junior employees and/or teams.
