Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the National Director, Information Systems' calendar, inbox, and meetings with sound judgment about priorities.
- Track priorities, action items, and project status across IS teams and cross-departmental partners; proactively follow up on open items.
- Prepare briefing materials, draft correspondence, and maintain the operating rhythm of the director's office.
- Use productivity and AI-assisted tools to draft, summarize, and organize work efficiently.
