SCADA Systems Engineer 1 [Remote]

• Monitor, support, and maintain day-to-day operations of SCADA systems across the fleet.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA system issues, documenting and reporting on them.
• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate SCADA systems and processes to support company objectives.
• Perform routine maintenance such as updates and patches, and identify areas for improvement.

This role supports the reliable operation of renewable energy assets, enabling the transition to a sustainable energy future by ensuring efficient monitoring and control of clean energy systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus minimum 2 years of related engineering experience (or 4 years of additional directly related technical work experience in lieu of degree).
• Basic knowledge of electric grid energy management systems or similar for configuring and engineering SCADA systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and provide timely assessments.
