Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and expand Trina Solar's utility-scale solar modules business in Romania, focusing on EPCs, developers, IPPs, investors, and utilities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of utility PV projects, manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development to contract execution and delivery coordination.
- Define and execute the local utility sales strategy, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide structured insights via CRM (Salesforce) to support strategic decision-making.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in solar PV/renewable energy, preferably in the utility segment.
- Proven track record in utility-scale project sales and closing large-volume deals.
- Strong network with EPCs, developers, IPPs, and investors in Romania.
- Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken) required; Ukrainian or other European language a plus.
