Mission
What you will drive
- Drive hiring execution for North America GTM teams including Sales, Customer & Partner Experience, and Marketing, with flexibility to support other business areas as needed.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key business-critical roles and future hiring needs using sourcing strategies and market research.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy, hiring priorities, and market insights, and support full-cycle recruiting activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology organizations.
- Experience recruiting for GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Benefits

Salary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
